Radio Danz is The World’s Pure Dance Channel, where you’ll hear the best in house and dance music, curated by a staff of musicologists. Radio Danz champions emerging electronic artists like Calvo, Joel Corry, Syn Cole, Just Kiddin, Nora En Pure, CamelPhat, StoneBridge and so many more – artists who get little or no airplay on traditional over-the-air radio.

Radio Danz has the human touch. You won’t hear robotic commercials nor music selected by a computer algorithm. We are not owned by a huge media conglomerate that dictates playlists based on favors they owe to other conglomerates. Our mission is to bring you our style of music absolutely 100% free of advertising.

Bernardo Passariello
Founder / Program Director
Bernardo Passariello, General Manager, Program Director and online host of Radio Danz, has always had a love affair with radio and dance music. His passion for radio was nurtured while he was attending Duke University in North Carolina.

Shortly after XM Satellite Radio launched in 2001, Bernardo established a solid friendship with Blake Lawrence, Program Director of their dance hits station BPM. He acted as de-facto assistant Music Director to BPM providing countless songs and suggestions to the station.

When Blake Lawrence left XM in 2005, Bernardo launched Radio Danz with the idea of creating an outlet for non-commercial pure dance music. He was impressed with the BPM of the early days, and decided to set his sights on re-creating that sound on the web. He wanted to make sure that sound would live on the internet.

Radio Danz is a work in progress. We can use all the feedback, suggestions and ideas from everyone listening. This way, we can truly be the world's pure dance channel! Drop Bernardo a line at bernardo@radiodanz.com.
Philip Punzo
Music Director
Philip Punzo also known as DJ Punzo, is an Italian-American DJ, Remixer & Producer straight out of South Philadelphia. DJ Punzo is no stranger to music. He has been on the DJ scene all his life. He is following in the footsteps of his father who was the main DJ at Cahoots and Legends Sports Bar in Philadelphia Pa. Since he started djing around age 14, he has become fully immersed in everything music. DJ Punzo is fulfilling his love for the DJ Life: The Music, The Crowd & The Mixing.

At the age of 16 he started to take his hobby professionally and started to remix. In the year 2000 DJ Punzo and couple DJ friends created a DJ Friendly service called "Digitraxx Remix". They distributed over 100 issues to the DJ's and music lovers on the Internet. Today, Digitraxx has become a very Popular Underground Remix Service.

DJ Punzo currently remixes for Select Mix Remix, and has a full-time residency at Chickie’s and Pete’s in Marlton, New Jersey and other locations. Read more about DJ Punzo on his website www.djpunzo.com.
